This blueprint is everything I've learned over 5 years of lifting to master my physique — and now I'm sharing it all to help you build yours. I priced it at $70 because I want this blueprint to be accessible, and I truly want to help you become the greatest version of yourself.
Every stage is a foundation for accomplishing the next stage.
This is a taste of what's actually in the app after you check out — there's more inside than what's listed here.
Real change takes real commitment. Here's what that looks like:
Do this consistently, and you'll see real results within the first month. Ready? Let's get to work.
Get the training or nutrition plan on its own, or grab both together and save.
Full 6-day PPL split, 1RM calculator, session logger, and progressive overload built in.
Bulk, maintain, and cut macro plans, full meal breakdowns, and a personalized macro calculator.
Both plans, built to work together. Training and eating pointed at the same goal instead of guessed at separately.
Progress looks different for everyone. The question is: how consistently are you willing to push yourself?
If you're new to training, noticeable results may take a few weeks. If you've been training for years, meaningful progress often takes months because improvements become more gradual. The key is to focus on steady, progressive overload rather than chasing rapid changes.
Your results will reflect the effort and consistency you put into your training. Once your workouts are dialed in, the next step is building sustainable nutrition habits — which was the missing piece for me. When your training and diet work together, maintaining a strong, lean physique year-round becomes much more achievable.
Most workouts in this blueprint take around 60–90 minutes, depending on how long you rest between sets. Leg days can sometimes stretch close to 2 hours, especially if you're taking longer breaks before heavy squat sets — which is something I personally prefer.
If you're newer to training and genuinely love being in the gym, don't stress too much about the clock. I remember spending 3-hour sessions in high school simply because I enjoyed every minute of it. If you want to spend more time in the gym, you can always add a bit more volume through extra sets or accessories. Just make sure you're recovering well and that the extra work is helping your progress rather than just filling time.
The core program is built around standard gym equipment, but modifications for home setups are included in the guide.
Yes. The Foundation stage is designed to build proper technique before progressing into higher-intensity phases.
